You can make an impact

Design Foundation conducts an annual end-of-year campaign to raise funds from members of our community like you. From Giving Tuesday, November 29, 2022, through December 31, 2022, we seek contributions from individuals and corporate organizations to add to Design Foundation's General Fund. The donations we receive, now and throughout the year, help pay for our annual programming, operational expenses, and investments in future charitable efforts. A donation of any size is deeply appreciated, no amount is too small.

We have some ambitious goals

The future growth to which we aspire is largely dependent on contributions from individuals and corporations who are aligned with our mission and share our passion for equitable industrial design education. Your support will directly benefit young creatives who may never have heard of industrial design and those already in college, preparing for their design career.

Event Access
Now in its third year, and as part of our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, the Event Access program continues to build momentum by offering underrepresented and economically disadvantaged individuals complimentary registration to IDSA events.
In 2022, over 40 individuals received complimentary registration to conferences hosted by IDSA, including the International Design Conference and Deep Dives: Women in Design, Sustainable Leadership, and ID Technique.

Scholarships
Design Foundation received over 70 applications and awarded two $5,000 scholarships in 2022. These scholarships help students at the earliest stages of their design careers by providing much needed financial support.
